Suppliers
Our suppliers are located in the Dominican Republic in Santo Domingo. They belong to the cooperative Conacado which is a union of cocoa producers cultivating their cocoa biologically which is one of the main advantage for the quality of our chocolate. This cooperative is composed of 10 000 cocoa farmers who sell their production to the fair-trade market so the income is better distributed which provides an improve of welfare for the Dominican population.
Company
The team running the company is composed of seven people: Rafaël El Jamri who is the team manager, he will be charged to supervise communication and operations between the member within the firm. Nicolas Camus-Danet will be the purchasing manager, he will supervise all the raw materials such as cocoa, and travel to maintain good relationships with our supplier which is important for our business to guarantee the high quality of our chocolate. Illan Maman and Ines Khemakhem will be the marketing managers, they will take care of the marketing part of our products as they will travel around the country to promote and sell our products but also organize events etc. Jade De Marsilly will take care of our clients and their feedback, in other word she will be in charge of all the customers services, indeed, the relationship with the clients must be respectful and affable in order to follow our values of customer satisfaction. Camille Schmitt will be in charge of the accounting and financing part of the firm. Finally, Jingjing Li will be the seller in charge of the shop in Cannes, she will have to welcome the customers coming to buy our products, be there cash them and answer their questions. Our headquarter will be located in Cannes (rue d’Antibes) just above the shop in the same building.
WHAT IS IRONCHOC
Iron choc sensation is a brand of high quality chocolate straight out our imagination and also our desire and want to satisfy athletes need in a chocolate in providing all vitamins and calories necessary for sport. We want to provide a finest chocolate that can provide power, weight and energy that is why the name of the store is ironchoc.
On the other hand, sensation speaks about the greatest test and quality of our chocolate in every form. We want to diversify our product and and not just selling chocolate bar that’s why we propose our chocolate in different types in order to satisfy the customers needs (see shop). We also want to entertain customers and leave a great memory of their “chocolate time” by the guarantee of our exceptional chocolate that came from Dominican Republic. Moreover, our store will be design and effective like our product, in addition, we also sell our chocolate in every sport center to facilitate the customer that want his/her ironchoc chocolate.
